The Kansas Water Congress will hold its Winter Annual Meeting Tuesday Feb. 4th at The Dillon House (404 SW 9th St, Topeka, KS 66612), located directly west of the Capitol Building in Topeka Ks.
• Best parking option is on the street (386 metered spaces available within a block of Dillon House)
• Do not park in First Presbyterian parking lots as they are already contractually committed
• There are a very few spaces between Dillon House and First Presbyterian Church. Please observe and respect the designated markings.

There are several significant issues that will soon be defined within the state of Kansas as it relates to water. The agenda is designed to stimulate conversations, questions and discussion on subjects relative to those issues. There will be time allotted for questions and answer throughout the agenda.
The meeting will begin with registration and coffee from 8:30 am to 9:00 am
