  • Keynote Speaker: Michael Doane, The Nature Conservancy. Following the presentation will be a mediated panel consisting of leaders from across the state. 

  • Water Banking with Panel Discussion 

  • Water Transfers 

  • State and National Legislative and Policy updates in regards to water and other timely issues. 

The meeting will adjourn by noon on Friday, August 3rd
